What is FRAs?
FRAs stands for Functional Range Assessment Specialist. With a thorough process of assessing the quality of movement of your joints we can ascertain how your body moves from head to toe. This will dispel the belief that as you age it is a given to have tight hips and low back pain. With
The FRA is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of a person's movement capacity for 8 major joints and their articulation. Assessment will be based on the neck, shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, wrists, ankles, big toes, and spine. Finding the range of motion(ROM) for each, any pain, and potential compensating movement patterns. Then, training inputs are able to be directed at the individual's specific areas for improvement.
FRA provides precise, scientific, baseline measurements and takes the guess work out of programming as well as directing results driven training. FRA is an assessment before and after to pinpoint progress and to definitively show results.
The assessment is in two different sessions. The first session is the actual assessment looking at each joint in both table tests as well as articulation assessment. By looking at specific criteria in the passive, active, and articular range of each joint. The second session is the follow-up when we will discuss the daily movement strategy, utilizing FRC, which is based on the FRA results, to obtain results.
This is not a cookie-cutter program.
Your training is based on your assessment with purposeful movement objectives in mind.
Creating the most functional & resilient body for you and what you want to do.
